Call it a hood ornament....

I'm still tinkering a little bit with the finish on the base, but I kind of like this VPI Logo ornament I acquired last week. :banana:

Joey_v....a member on The McIntosh Facebook Community makes them. He provides them unfinished, and his pricing is reasonable. If you are on Facebook, I can point you to him. If not, I'd have to get other contact info from him for you. He does a nice job on them, I've seen more them around.

Hopefully the provider has the proper agreement with VPI to sell these.

I wondered the same thing; I don't know the answer but I just saw a customer system featured on the VPI Facebook page and one of them was sitting right there. So it's not like they aren't aware of it.

Matt W. is fully aware of these as the member is also part of the "I Love My VPI Turntable" community. The builder also makes stands for VPI's peripheral ring clamps.
