If your M3s are anything like my S3 MkIIs, they will take several hundred hours to fully break in, so don't get discouraged if everything's not perfect from the get-go.

Thanks everyone. I agree they will take a while to break in. After they break in, Peter Mackay of Magico, is supposed to do the final adjustments to the placement.
