For subtitle translation on YT you may go to Settings/Subtitles-CC/Japanese (auto-generated)/Subtitles-CC/Auto-translate/English (or other choice of language)

There might be a shorter path to achieve same but this should work... hope that helps :)

Any Accuphase factory video is appreciated, but the YouTube subtitles are a joke. At least we get to see what the new dedicated listening room looks like.
