Contacting TAD

Does anyone here have any direct contact information for TAD?

I have been able to locate a telephone number and email address on their website but the telephone number is "not in service" and I have received no reply from their email address.

How are people communicating with them?

I just tried again and it is still saying "out of service". They must have it set up to only accept calls from within the US (same issue with calling Pioneer only there they state that they do no accept calls from your location). I am calling from Canada.

Any other ideas?

It does work fine from the US, try sending another email.

So how's their customer service? Were they helpful?

I have voiced my concerns regarding their E1 and am awaiting their reply back. So far so good.

Care to elaborate on your E1 problem?

I do not own them but am in the process of purchasing a pair. I am highlighting what I see as potential cosmetic issues and would like to receive their assurance that those issues should not exist, if they do, an exchange will be in order.
