Bryston Customer Service

I have had a pair of Bryston 28B3 amps for the last 3-4 years and have loved the way they make my TAD CR-1's sing. However, I have had a recurring issue with my right monoblock amp where the rear circuit breaker would trip repeatedly for no apparent reason. Twice, Ivan and Bryston provided excellent customer service and had me ship back the amp for service. Each time it worked well for about a year before the problem started back up again. About a month ago, it happened again. This was the third time with the same exact issue. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. Ivan was clairvoyant - when I called him out of the blue his first thought was, "oh no, I hope Al doesn't have another issue with his amp". Ivan immediately thought a replacement amp was the only option and he made some calls and presto - I have a new amp installed and working well! I want to give a shout out to Mike Pickett and Melissa Myles for their courteous and world class support. In this post-COVID world we live in, customer support is declining and it is wonderful to see a company like Bryston step up like they have. Thank you, Bryston Team!!!!

Excellent service indeed. Ivan’s spearheading this does not surprise me.

I recently had a tray error show up on my BCD-3 screen. Ivan and Bryston CS were quick to respond and suggest next steps to take. The gremlin has not shown up again but Bryston has it on record has happening. Great response from retailer to manufacturer.
