Pork? Wife will never go for that but I'm game. I make chicken kabob all the time. One of our favorites.

I use billy bones BBQ rub . let it sit for about four hours. Any bbq rub will work :thumbsup:

Have a pork rib-roast to toss in the egg this weekend. Think I'll use the same BBQ seasoning as I use on ribs.
