I owned the f52, salon 1 and salon 2. I also listened to the f208 and f228be in the same system and room that the salon 2 was set up and singing. The latest revel speakers are much more open sounding and I preferred the soundstage and imaging of the f52 to the new models when listening in stereo. While the new revels do sound natural and great for ht if the 3d presentation of stereo is high on the list of priorities...Get a demo first.
