LFO software for Revel Ultima Rhythm2 powered subwoofer

Hi

I'm looking at a used Revel Rythm2 sub to go along with my Studio 2's. My concern is the software that came with the sub. From what I can tell it is no longer available? What have others done to solve this problem. This is for a 2 channel music system, no TV on the 2nd floor people.

I don't listen at high volumes and love my setup (tube McIntosh) but am intrigued with the idea of rolling off my Salons at 80hz and removing the need to have my MC275 from driving the speakers that low. I keep reading reviews of people stating the midrange becomes even better with a 2.1 system

Thoughts?

I tried a McIntosh 452 so it's not power I'm looking for but ~ 20-20 breadth

Thx

I think I have the disc somewhere. I will look for it when I get back to NYC.

Thanks for looking. I am travelling most of March so not urgent. I am nervous about older unsupported SW

The alternative, that I can see, is buy a JL Audio CR1 crossover and the Fathom f112v2 subwoofer. Costs more but support and advice seems easier

Well, it was not in the 1-2 first places that I looked. I will keep looking.

Ah! What I found may not be what you are looking for. What I have is the Revel LFO Test Signal CD. It says that LFO Software and instructions can be downloaded from Revel.

Kal, thank you for looking. I decided chasing un-supported and olde software was not a good long term option and am leaning to JL Audio F112 instead. The hesitation is the cost of the CR-1 makes it a hefty purchase (for 20-35+hz)
