Pulling out all the stops... and corks!
Got a dinner party for 10 planned for this evening. On the menu will be:
Starter: Roasted Mussels with White Wine & Garlic First Course: A light mixed green salad with a Balsamic Vinaigrette Main Course: Roast Prime Rib with Fingerling Potatoes Sides: Sauteed Spinach with Garlic, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Truffled Mac-n-Cheese Desert: Assorted Cheeses And there will be at least four different wines served as well as Chimay blue and red label for those who prefer ale. Cigars on the Patio. Should be a good time. I'll post pictures later. |
