How many TAD Ref 1 owners are there here?

Aside from Ivan and byzan... who else owns the Ref 1?

Just looking to see for some moral support should I buy these speakers - lol.

Haven't made up your mind yet, eh?

Moving away from the B&W's?

John... you should put Stillpoints Ultra SS feet on your R1's. You won't believe the profound difference they make. PM me if you have an interest. :ok:

It is quite easy, no heavy lifting (just tilt) plus you only need three per speaker.

I also have the TAD Reference 1s (Mk1) driven by Audio Research and connected with Transparent. I am exceptionally happy with them (though TAD North American HQ is only about 4 miles away from my home which means that Andrew Jones is close at hand if and/or when issues come up - which helps).
Question for John Thomas - did you ever sell your MSB set-up? I heard the MSB Select at Munich in May and was very impressed.

Yep, no more BW. Didn't think I'd say that ever.

I like to but I like those Herbie lab sliders for mobility on the hardwood floors.
