Vivid Giya G1 Spirit - maybe...
I'll be candid for a minute, I have really never been a fan of the Vivid aesthetics. However, after doing some detailed reading and more serious viewing, I am considering the Vivid Giya G1 Spirits.
If I do pick up the line and buy them, they would go in Cape Cod although at this early stage not sure what electronics I would use. Although I posted photos in Yellow, I would consider Pearl White or even Ferrari Red. What are your honest and unbiased thoughts on the appearance of these? I am well aware how awesome they sound. ;) https://dynamicaudio55553f.files.wor...3853.jpg?w=920 http://livedoor.blogimg.jp/headphone...a/8a4f0013.jpg |
I went back to Bart's post and his similar looking speakers look good to me in black. There is so much art already in the speaker design that I couldn't take a wild color on top of that. Looking forward to hearing them in the Cape though!

I think they would look awesome in pearl or silver if they offer silver.

Whenever I listen to Vivid's I tend Find myself lost in the music. Honestly some of the best sound I have experienced has come from this brand. They simply make beatiful music that resembles live music. One of the most open presentations that truly separates itself from many competing designs.
Personally I find them attractive as does my wife. But they would be easier to integrate with some of the brighter colors in a more contemporary setting. |

They are beautiful in a different way than your other speakers. More contemporary looking obviously than the others but beautiful and a conversation piece. I like them.

Go for it Ivan. The looks are alarming, at first, but I have come around to really like the unique shape.

Ivan, I think you should get Ferrari Red. The speakers are a piece of art work and should make a statement, Red will look amazing. They should stand out. I have Sopra No2's in Imperial Red. Everyone just loves them.
