Stackable vs. Non-Stackable Racks
Any differences between the two in sound quality? Which one do you prefer and why?

Interesting question. I have had both but can't tell you if I could tell how the racks impacted the sound. Maybe if we were talking HRS or Critical Mass more might chime in.

Consider also Core Design Audio Racks...more affordable than HRS, Stillpoints, etc., and very, very good.

I have HiFi Racks Podium Reference stackable rack. Easy to reconfigure with different leg heights and new shelf tiers. Replaced a no-name fixed shelf rack and there was no comparison. Much better SQ on everything. Then I added Stillpoints...

I’m also considering the Adona racks. |

Did you make a decision yet? I'm considering Timbernation as well, but have been waiting for a week for a response to a few messages from them. Doesn't instill confidence in the buying process. |

That being said I am leaning towards the non-stackable. |
Audio Advisor. Pangea Audio racks. I have one for my turntable, great for the budget minded.

I very recently got a Quadraspire rack, I am very happy with at a price I was very happy with. It’s really really nice. I got it from “this guy I know.” I can say this about my guy- he will return your calls (as long as you are a subscriber).

Not to take away from someone nearby who might offer audio gear for sale , but I’d like to hear if anyone has an opinion on the Adona racks.

Thanks for the heads up on the Quadraspire racks. 👍

My pleasure. I’m really happy with mine.
