Pass Labs Website - problem?

As anyone else noticed any issues with the Pass Labs website in the last few days? It doesn't come up at all on Safari and on Chrome, it still doesn't show the normal equipment type pull down menu at the top, just showing one particular piece of gear. Making it very hard to search anything at the moment. Anyone?

Hi,

Sorry you are having problems. It’s working for me. Try clearing your cache.

Chromebook user here and it worked just fine for me yesterday, with full drop-downs, etc.

I had the same problem with Safari. Chrome worked fine.

No issues here.

Well, something weird is happening here. Neither Mac Pro desktop, MacBook Pro M1 or iPad Pro display properly, don't get the menu at the top that allows you to search a product. I can do a search for say "Pass Labs XP22" and that comes up with the XP22 page ok. However, the iPhone works ok! Go figure! Will have a play to see if I can resolve.

Pass Labs website doesn't work in Safari on my 2021 MBP, either. Works fine in Chrome.

Safari and Pass are working here. I wonder if is because we have different settings selected in our browsers?

Could be your ISP…

Well, whatever it was (might have been browser update setting) it seems to have righted itself some weeks ago now. Carry on!
