Yes, definitely, about as well as the amp would work with most speakers. Wilson's sound excellent with tubes and it appears to be a very nice tube amp. My main caveat is the dynamic limitation. You are going to have 100 watts. In a reasonably sized room at reasonable sound pressure levels this should be more than enough.

Sophia 2, from what I've read, is the most 'small amp' friendly of Wilson speakers. More so than either the 1 or the 3. Will be most interested in your results if you do so.
