Focal Utopia Repair
2 weeks ago I pulled out my beloved Utopia headphones and got ready for an evening of musical bliss. Unfortunately I was getting nothing from the left side. I reversed the cable, tried a different cable, and tried a different source and HP amp and the left side is just dead. I went to the Focal website and filled out their contact form, but I’ve not received any reply. Does anyone have any information on getting out of warranty repairs done by Focal? Do they do repairs in the US? Is there a phone number?

Thank you Pierre. I got ahold of Focal and they are taking care of the issue. Not sure if the original warranty was 2 or 3 years but they have extended the warranty to 5 years are and fixing my headphones under warranty. Great customer service.
