Brand New Stillpoints V2 Ultra’s
Paul CEO at Stillpoints has been very busy this year. He just introduced the brand new V2 versions of Ultra SS, Ultra 5, Ultra 6, and the LPI Clamp.
Version 2 adds another layer of ceramic isolation to each pocket of Stillpoints Technology. This is a significant leap forward in performance, and at no additional cost! The V2 are all clearly marked as such, and each new version 2 is slightly taller. Therefore they cannot be mixed with the original V1’s. Legend Audio is extremely well stocked on all of these, and I was just waiting for the Green light, which I just received. ;) I can tell you that each newly designed V2 Ultra is a rather profound improvement from the original. |
Original versions are discontinued, although not on any closeout pricing. Stillpoints will continue making the original Ultra Mini’s as there is no V2 planned to replace them.

Shown here is the LPI v1 compared to the new LPI v2. The new LPI v2 being taller now accommodates both long/short spindle TT’s. It no longer has a hole going completely through it.
