Keces
Keces Ephono & Ephono power supply.
This arrived a couple of days ago. It is going to replace my Audio by Van Alstine phono preamp. No contest! |
It’s now been about three months since I plugged in the Keces.
It sounded better than my AVA right out of the box. I was told that burn in would be good at about fifty hours, and one hundred hours would be enough. During that time, it would occasionally sound thin. Not anymore. It must be thoroughly burned in, since it now sounds great all of the time. With two separate chassis, XLR outputs, external adjustments for compliance and gain, it is a bargain at $700. |
Michael Fremer will be doing a review of the Keces phono preamps. He requested both the Ephono and the Sphono.

And don’t pay Retail, Subscribers here get a discount from Legend Audio aka me. :ok:
|
@Masterlu - what products/brands do you offer? I found a Legend Audio website, but wasn’t sure it was yours.

Hi, first post here :)
I happen to have purchased the Keces roughly a month ago, and I was floored. Previous preamp was a Rega Fono MK3 (MM), and the Keces is much better on every count. |
Zaroff... Welcome to AA!
