QX-5 Twenty uncertified by Roon
 

Although my QX-5 Twenty seems to play files via Roon flawlessly, there is a red notice that the QX-5 is uncertified. Has there been a fallout between Ayre and Roon? Don't know the relevance of this, but the RAAT SDK version for the QX-5 is 1.1.33 whereas it's 1.1.36 for the ultraRendu.

Sometimes just restarting Roon or the streamer will fix that.

By "streamer" what specifically do you mean? Roon has been recently restarted as was the Mini that runs Roon core. The QX-5 Twenty is connected via Ethernet and has only been paused since being moved into the new rack either late 2019 or early 2020. I'll try to power cycle it.

Sorry I meant the QX5 when I said streamer. I’m guessing you are using the Ethernet input?

I am using Ethernet to the QX-5. I power cycled it, but the notice remains.
