TAD R1 part Deux

Today I pulled the trigger on a second pair of TAD R1 MKII's. This pair will replace my SF Stradivari's in my Cape Cod 2-Channel room.

They just sound so good, I couldn't resist. Color me excited!

Wow, those are amazing, look great.....if you had to quantify it some way, how much better do you think they are than the Strads? Big leap or incremental?

Buck... I will have the chance to listen to them side by side in my room. From my past listening experiences, I would say it is not incremental. Keep in mind, the R1's are considerably more money, almost double.

Congrats on a beautiful pair of speakers!

Do let us know what you think of them, please.

Ivan.......By all accounts and reviews the TAD R1 speakers sit at the peak of present day speaker technology and performance. TAD gave it the perfect name.......REFERENCE ONE.

Goodbye Strads and hello TAD's. I am very happy for you. Once again you have raised the bar to a whole new level.

Will you have them by June?

;)

Yup, I'll have them mid May. :)

If this is going to be your second pair Ivan, that says a lot in itself.

Will be looking forward to hearing your side-by-side comparisons with the Stradivari.
