Bryston & Totem Mani-2 Signature

Hi there,

I would like to know if Bryston gear is a good match for my Totem Mani-2 Signature. I am coming from a C46, MC252 & MCD301 setup and I am planning a SP3 and BDP-1 or 2. The SP3 is ideal for me since I want my listening room as "hybrid" 2 channel setup and home cinema. With McIntosh gear, my M2S sounds warm and a bit organic.

Also, I am temted to change my M2S for Dynaudio Focus 340 (love the sound of Dyns!) and I would be curious to know if again Bryston would be a good match.

Hi Serge,
To me the Bryston amps don't really have a sound, other than a pure amplification of your source. I bet those Mani2 would sing with a 3B or 4B. You could ask on CanuckAudioMart forum, I'm sure it has been done before. Top Canadian speakers like that were designed with Canadian amps like Classe, SimAudio and Bryston in mind.

Anyway they should be more neutral than the Mc amps, which is what you want.
