Stillpoints Ultra 5 V2 under my Preamp
 

Can you hear a change when you add Stillpoints to your Preamp?

I ordered 4 Stillpoints Ultra 5 V2 from Ivan several days ago.

They were installed under my preamp, a Luxman C-900U with no other changes to the system.

By the way, the Windbag tool helped a lot in positioning the Stillpoints under the preamp and doing it solo.

I had to let the Stillpoints settle in, because I thought things were not sounding immediately better IMO.

After awhile, the clarity improved. The resolution of the music in general was something I could tell had changed. For instance, on recordings that I am familiar with, the timbre and tone of some instruments stood out in a positive way. Lots of improvements

I am liking what I am hearing so much that two more sets of Stillpoints Ultra 5 V2 will be ordered for my monoblock amps!
