Best bang for the buck

I have finally made the jump and bought 2 REL T9i for my system.

REL recommends the S812 but unfortunately I don't have the space for the footprint and I thought a sub is always better than no sub.

The impact on the sound is dramatic. You never know you are missing something until you hear it. My system was lacking bass despite the Elipsa's being no slouch.

I rediscovered a lot of my music and I tried many genres including hip-hop and electronic. The bass is always clean, never muddy, never boomy. You don't realise that the sub are doing something until you disconnect them and then you realise how massive the difference is. it's subtle but not really.

Setup was very. It took me 10 minutes to get to an acceptable level and now I can tweak a bit more to find the exact sweetspot.

I highly recommend to anyone to try a pair of subs in their system it can be a revelation. I regret not having it done sooner.

Yep. Huge system upgrade for relatively modest dollars, almost irrespective of the system and sub selected.
