HDMI Cable Recommendation

I have been looking for a Wireworld Platinum 7 HDMI, but they are no longer being made.
First of all, WHY?!

Second....and more importantly....what should I get?

Is Audioquest Diamond the way to go? How does it compare to WW?

Thanks

The new WW Sphere (and there's 1 above the Sphere now) are quite solid.

Correct, Sphere Silver outperforms Platinum Starlight 7 at a much lower retail price, before my special pricing.

How does the sphere compare with the silver sphere? The sphere is considerably lower in price.

DH Labs who use a 10% Silver in their copper conductor are having a 50% sale today on all their HDMI cables... I've used some of their stuff in the past, it's high quality 100% US Made stuff.

Ivan, really? I hadn’t heard any reporting yet on the Sphere Silver HDMI.

@LarsT, from what I read the machine Wireworld used for the fabrication of the Platinum 7 HDMI broke, and was reported to run into the 6 figures to repair.

Tony... yes, it’s true; the Silver Sphere bests the Platinum HDMI cables.

The statement above re: Platinum 7 HDMI fabrication is not true. Platinum HDMI cables have been discontinued for quite some time now.

Thanks for the clarification, Ivan. I’d read on another site that that was supposed to be the reason why the Platinum 7 HDMI was discontinued.

I get very good results with Kimber HD-29
