New art website

Greetings AA forum members,

I haven't posted here a lot in the last few weeks as I've been developing a website to promote my artworks, and reproductions of my art.
I hope you'll have a look: Welcome to Peter Makres Art . I've been working toward it for some time, with the hope to one day make my art a full
time business.

Very best to all, and thanks Ivan for setting up this forum!

Pete

P.S. I'm taking orders....! :D

Pete.......Your website is beautiful, and very well put together. I like the fade in effects. Your original art works are amazing. This will be a successful venture for you, and a great move on your part.

Wow! I can say I know a famous artist. Cool.

Very nice Pete!

I visited some galleries today and liked some of the paintings by Bob Pejman, Thomas Kinkade and Robert Finale. I was never really into art much but I guess it is never too late to start collecting a bit here and there. :D

Good luck with your hobby/full time passion.

Your website looks great, your art work looks great. Now I know where
you got the patience to rebuild your amp.

Nice work Pete. Now we know what keeps you busy.

Thanks

Thanks guys, for all the kind words....

Dan....thanks. I'm pleased with the site's functionality. I do hope you are right, that it proves to be successful. Famous? well, not quite... Right now, I'll be happy to be keeping the bills paid, producing art and enjoying my other huge passion, and you know what that is!

docdownload...I think you might be actually thinking of member Gregory, who recently did a very thorough renovation of his McIntosh MC2205 amp. I did contribute some to those threads, as I did also refurbish my own MC2205 amp, to a lesser degree, following damage to it at the hands of FedEx. In any case, I thank you.

Thanks again to all!

Pete

Pete,
Great site and wonderful paintings. My wife is an engineer by trade but a painter by passion. I know what that means to you.
