Bryston 7B or 28B

Hi everyone,

I currently drive a pair of Focal Sopra 3's with a Bryston 4B(2), and though they sound great, I know from my listening experience that some musical pieces/passages would benefit from additional power.

What I'm not sure about is how much more power. I'm a big fan of Bryston's gear, so I'd like to stay with Bryston, but I'm wondering whether the best next step would be 7B or 28B. And I haven't found a dealer where I could listen & compare.

Any advice or insights on what sonic benefits, if any, I would experience with a pair of 28B's versus 7B's?

Thanks!

I would highly recommend doing it once; get the 28B3’s.

They are amazing Amps; I own 2 pairs myself.
