Lamb for Easter & Passover

How many of us are doing Lamb in the upcoming days? How are you going to do it and what wine will you pair with it?:scratch2:

I do Lamb quite often, chops and shank. I'll have to admit, braised lamb shank is one of my favs! Wine = Red for me with lamb.

Roasted Leg of Lamb is our Easter tradition. Wine has yet to be determined.

not this Easter.

maybe Orthodox Easter (@ sil's)

it's usually a whole lamb.

as far as wines go, I like a cab or zin with lamb.
