VPI comes through again
Since I made reference to an issue with my HW-40, I feel it only fair to post about the positive outcome. I won't go into detail about the problem as it has been resolved, what I will say is that when I was able to speak to Mat on the phone he took care of the situation immediately. We spoke early evening yesterday and this morning VPI had a new HW-40 en route to me. He was also a very nice guy to just chat a bit with after we discussed the issue. As I've said in other posts here, problems happen, that's life, but it is how a company deals with them that makes the difference and Mat took care of me. Ivan was also helpful in opening the lines of communication, we all know you cannot go wrong with him for any products he sells.
