Great Esoteric Customer Support
I am happy to report that I received great technical support from Esoteric’s customer support. I hade a technical question via e-mail. I received a courteous, prompt and thorough response. Just wanted to pass along a good experience. Happy customer.

So… a Manufacturer received an email and responded to it… exactly what here qualifies as great customer support?

Exactly. I received a complete and informative response to an atypical question which i sent through the customer service link on Esoteric’s website within 6 hours. So I’d say that that was an A+ in responsiveness. I was merely pointing out an instance of good service in a world where people often more quickly post complaints rather than stories of satisfaction.
It’s been almost a week since I sent a request to McIntosh and I have had no response. |
