Looking for help with malfunctioning Clearaudio innovation compact wood
 

Hi
Today I received my Accudrive power supply and after installation my motor is only running at full speed. I switched back to the wall wart and same thing, just full speed all the time. Pretty bummed to say the least. I did the obvious clean the sensor parts, unplugged it, tried adjusting trim nada. Any advice or thoughts?
