Ryobi 40v Mower
Picked up a Ryobi 40v lawnmower in April and have been pleasantly impressed with its ease of use and charge life (can do everything I need it for on about a half-charge). However, I took it out of the shed to mow yesterday and it would do nothing even though the battery shows a full charge. Into the Outback and off to Home Depot. No sweat........... they told me to grab a new one off the shelf and bring the bad one back in and all was good. Took about 10min. One of the things I like best about it is (at my 75yrs) I can easily lift it. Kudos for great customer service. I did not realize that Ivan had taken over Home Depot. :thumbsup:
