Belle Klipsch

Hey Klipschfan,
I'm buying back my treasured Belle Klipsch pair that I sold in April.
'82 Belle Klipsch, oiled walnut / black cloth grilles, AA crossover (in original shipping boxes) absolutely perfect condition, one owner speakers.
What amp have you liked best with your Klipsch?

I bet it will sound real nice with a Cary 15w 300b tube amp. Perhaps the 805 Anniversary Edition.

Funded by the sale of your JL Audio sub? Nice :)

Ahhhh....Takes a lot of chingo to find a speaker better than Klipsch Heritage models. The grass isn't always greener on the other side either, just more expensive...:D.

Amps-SS
McIntosh-MC352 on up
Edge-M4/M6

Amps-Tube
McIntosh-MC275 is nice, but not much different than SS

Currently using on Cornwalls and LaScalas-
Don Allen Cake Pan mono blocks-5 watt single ended
BAT VK-55/VK-3iX & Music Hall DAC25.2

McIntosh-MC602/MDA1000/MS750

Don Allen tube amps are really nice and worth a demo. Also, you may want to consider having your crossovers refreshed. Bill from Response Audio did my crossovers on the Cornwalls-fantastic sound!.

Nope....
JL sub sale is partially funding the purchase of Revel Ultima Salon 2's :music::yes::D

Those are very nice speakers. I had a quick listen to a pair that a local guy was selling about 6 or 8 months ago.

Paired with my Belles, I've had a McIntosh MA5100 SS integrated amp, a Moth si2A3 fleawatt, a McIntosh MC2255, a McIntosh MC7270, and a NOSValves VRD45ST KT88 push pull 45 wpc stereo tube amp.
The VRD beat 'em all hands down with the Belles.

One of the BEST system I've audition was a Khorn hooked up to a 5w tube amp and an iPod as the source.

Just to add some experience...

A Juicy Music Preamp with either the NOSValves monoblocks or the refreshed MC250 work wonders with Klipsch Heritage...
