Accuphase DC-1000 ordered!
 

I recently ordered (3) Accuphase DC-1000 DAC’s. One for myself, and 2 for a few lucky customers.

ETA is a bit later this year, right after the debut in Japan at their largest show.

I think Ivan can do the most conclusive "DAC shootout" without ever having to leave his home. Congrats on the purchase!

Has it arrived, or did FedEx re-route it back to Japan?

It just arrived in the States; once cleared Customs, it will be on it’s way to me.

I've always enjoyed the look of Accuphase. One of these days I need to audition one of their cd players. Way to tempt me, Ivan.

These are scheduled to arrive this Friday. :)

I got one coming as well. Did you go for the DP-1000 too? Does it still make sense to own a disc transport these days?

I already have one; for me it does.
