Shindo Turntable!!!!

Are there many of these out there?

Just found a Garrard 301. Was the Shindo highly modified, or was it basically a 301?

Shindo is a highly modified 301- not worth it IMHO- a serviced & up-dated 301 will rock.

So cool looking!

I’m going to build my own with the hammertone 301 I just bought!

I’ll post pictures!

I would agree.

I can't remember where I read it, but I think Ken Shindo ended up using a solid Cherry plinth after trying a bunch of different materials.

Here is a very interesting review someone did of the Shindo turntable.

https://www.dagogo.com/shindo-301-turntable-review/

He says he would put it up against any table ever made!

I’m sorry, no disrespect; but that’s too funny. :lmao:

I just read a post on another forum where the guy said the turntable that outperformed his Goldmund Reference and hie Versa Dynamics was an EMT 927!!!!!

I've never heard any of them, so I can't say.

These things are all super rare.

I never was a fan of anything Goldmund makes, completely personal preference.
