Very nice. IMO there is not a better revolver out there than those from S&W.
Did the performance center chamfer the cylinder and do the trigger? I had them go over a 586 for me about 20yr ago for competition and it is amazing for both single- & double-action.
You might want to see if Wolff https://www.gunsprings.com/ makes a spring-set for your model. Not quite up to the "full-monty" from the Performance Center, but for $25 and 30 minutes work it will be a great up-grade.
Half-moon or star-clips?

Doug Lax 12-20-2021 11:29 PM

It was made in the performance center . Moon clips

Very nice! I would think that is sweet shooting given the chambering.

I would too. It is currently unfired, I bought new really old stock

200gr or 225gr SWCs being pushed by 5gr of Bullseye will be an accurate & pleasant load to shoot all day. For personal defense you can use the standard defense loads with no need for the unpleasant-to-shoot 'hot rod' loads.
