Coming soon! - Bryston BIT 20 -

Near the end of November my PS Audio Power Plant Premier started making some noise and was shutting down the power output to all connected devices.
I owned the PPP for about 4 years and it always performed flawlessly and quite honestly I never really thought a lot about it as it always did its job very well.

Where I live using a conditioner without surge protection is not an option. We have way too many power fluctuations and lightning 6 months or so out of the year. So it is important for me to balance protection with sonics when considering what piece best fits my needs.

After considering my options I decided to purchase the Bryston BIT 20.
It fits all of the criteria important to me and has the capability to run my amplifier as well as my other components if I so choose.
Reliability appears to be rock solid and of course Bryston's reputation and excellent customer service certainly instills a lot of confidence when purchasing their products.

So I am getting closer to receiving the unit after ordering the BIT 20 about 2-weeks ago. There are other aspects of my system in a state of change currently, but I am looking forward to the return of stable and protected power to all of my components.

Looking forward to un-boxing the nearly 100 lb. beast!

Buddy... Big Congrat's, the BIT series by Bryston are extemely good performers. I use a half dozen of them around my systems. :ok:

I'm interested in this unit as well. Can any owners weigh in on the advantages of it?

Also, can it be placed on it's side?

That's exactly what the dealer I ordered it from told me!
