Bryston Date Codes?

I read up on Bryston date codes and the article stated that they normally come in a 4-digit format: YYWW; YY = last 2-digits of the year and WW = week number.

I just looked at a photo taken of the back of a Bryston amp and it has only 3-digits in the date code field.

Is it possible that Bryston doesn't add a zero (0) holder when the week number is in single digits? For example, week number four is displayed as "4" instead of "04." :scratch2:

Any information about how Bryston provides date codes for their equipment would be much appreciated.
