Qobuz is finally in Canada
 

Very excited about this news. Ive been wanting to try Qobuz for a few years.
Funny enough, at Axpona, many exhibitors were suggesting - one room actually conducted an A/B comparison between MQA/Tidal and HiRes/Qobuz - that Qobuz was the superior streaming service.
To my ears, Qobuz sounded smoother, less harsh at higher volumes.

For those here who have both, what is your experience?

I've enjoyed Qobuz for a few years now and think you Canucks are going to love it. Frankly, I never compared it to Tidal. I could never get my head around the MQA thing and Qobuz has given me no incentive to fiddle with it.

Had a chance to listen to both last year during a Qobuz trial. To my ears, it was mixed. Random tracks sounded better on Tidal or Qobuz.

Stayed with Tidal but with MQA in receivership…that may change.
