N100H issue
 

I have an N100H that I am trying to connect to the Burson Audio Conductor 3X Reference via the USB connection.....

The Aurender gives an error message that says on the screen......

USB DAC ERR Detected
Please Check DAC Status

and the is no sound... Aurender even stops the playback on its own....

I connected the Burson unit to my computer, via the USB, and it works....

Anyone else have this combo ? Any issues ?

Any ideas on how to get this working ?

I don’t have the Burson so no help there. But Aurender advised me in the past that all USB ports output audio signal , so you can test using a different usb port and see if it behaves differently.

I owned an N100H for a short time (less than a year) and it had periodic connection problems. Usually I could resolve them by reverting it to its factory state and then updating the firmware. Of course that's a real nuisance, and it's one of the reasons I dumped it. But you might want to try that remedy just the same.

Aurender support has been very responsive for me. I suggest contacting support from within the conductor app.

I own a N 100 H, and I remember that Aurender it’s advising buyers (before the purchase), to check compatibility between some brands DAC and Aurender... on the Aurender’s website you can find a list of Dacs compatible and not. It could be this the problem?
