Just got word that Ian Grant of Grant Fidelity passed away last night in Hospice care. His wife Rachel was with him till the end...........Sad..........I knew him thru my many visits to his store here in Calgary and would spend hours "Talking Shop" and Audio/China/Food/Beer with him and his wife lol..........I still have my Consonance D-Linear 15 Ultra Reference Pwr Cond I purchased from him and some power cords............I really will miss him.
R.I.P Ian............Rachel my heart is with you ...............Ian may you find peace and love on your next adventure from this world. |
Michael.......Nice of you to honor your friend. May he rest in peace.

I am sorry to read this.
RIP Ian. |
He will be missed. He was most patient with me explaining the virtues of the Yulong D18 Sabre DAC I eventually purchased. His willingness to talk and to explain various aspects of our hobby clearly expressed his passion for all things audio.
RIP Ian. |
Sorry for your loss Bud!

I met Mr. Grant at the California Audio Show when it was held in Emeryville a few years back. He was very personable & a really nice guy. I really liked the looks of his products & the pricing was very inexpensive.
He appeared in good health & I don't recall him looking like that old of a guy. RIP Mr. Grant |
My condolences. RIP Mr. Grant.
