My faith in humanity has been restored...
One of my new Martin Logan Theos speakers has been emitting a faint static/cracking noise (it did so at first, then stopped) lately and has slowly worsened. As I was inspecting it, much to my horror, I discovered a huge dent in the screen! There's no way my wife, my cat, or I did it, so it must have happened during shipping. How it escaped my attention initially is beyond me. Long story short, ML is sending me a new pair! Now that is some customer service.

This is great customer service and I am really glad to hear they took care of you......

Wow that it totally impressive. That would be a chunk of change to ship those.

ML has always been like that to my recollection. I miss dealing with firms like those. They are hard to find nowadays.

Indeed. Not only do they make amazing speakers, but they are generous, professional, and put the customer first. They rank at the very top in my book.

Have never heard anything but the same of their customer service, it is top notch.

too few stories like this these days, many companies would rather lose a customer forever than spend a little time and $ to do the right thing. All the while losing far more $ in the long run.

Excellent !
