Shindo apetite 5b/254m (cv428) self biasing

Hello guys, a friend of mine owns this amp and needs to change its power tubes, is that apetite version self-biasing like the newer 6v6 version?

As far as I know, there is not a single Shindo amp that is autobiasing.

Hello Jerome, how are you? Missing your big and nice post.

The 6V6 Apetite and Montille don't require any biasing.

I know this is an old thread, I'm considering the purchase of an early Shindo Apetite with cv428 tubes.

How does your friend like it?
