I never have been able to figure out why anyone would want to run their cell phone battery down listening to music. Music on a cell phone is just a dumb idea, in my opinion. Carry an iPod. When it goes dead, you will still have a phone.

The iphone will play music for 24 hours without going dead. I use mine in the OR (operating room) all the time. It plugs into a jack that outputs the sound to speakers in the room and keeps the phone charged at the same time.

How did you know ? :D Actually only items that come into contact with the patient , the surgeon or the surgical scrub team are sterilized . We bring ct scans and xrays in the room too, heck we bring xray machines in and out of the room. My phone plugs into the iphone/ipod port on the room sound system.
