If it doesn't bother you that it is a copy and not the real deal... https://www.amazon.com/Mid-Century-M...-3&tag=mh0b-20

Yeah that's a "decent" quality fake, the cheap ones (all made in China) are about $600 or so..

A real one is $5400-$8000 or so depending on the choice of woods. there was a 15% Black Friday sale on the Herman Miller site for a couple of days.

Curious with you being in Scotland ... are they Vitra or Herman Miller?

Vitra, the invoice said "Charles Eames replica in white with Ottoman foot stool"

I've had them three years now, used most days and they still look like new. Supremly comfortable for just relaxing.

Yes, the Vitra are the only authorized replica's (licensed by Herman Miller) and the quality is indeed high.. Made in Germany.

What size do I get if I were to get one? Classic or Tall?

I am just about 5’9”, 185ish, bad back and hips (army vet), and want to have the head portion low to allow music to go past my ears without bouncing back from the headrest. Thanks.

Thank you for the reply, and for your service. These chairs are beautiful. Have to budget a purchase sometime next year.
