He is very funny. I have watched several of his unboxing videos in the past for McIntosh equipment. I love the say he tosses stuff aside but not the actual unit.

There seems to be a lot of that going around. I suppose cavemen also bashed things when they couldn’t express their feelings through effective communication.

It is simply a joke. Making fun of a turntable with Bluetooth. Converting analog to digital just to convert it back to analog at some point. I think if I owned one I'd smash it as well. :-)
