Hello Ian,

So far it's going slow. It's tied to a home building project where my original builder went bankrupt and my lender got out of new construction lending. So I'm still in the process of finding a lender, which is a lot more difficult than I would have every imagined.

However, thanks for checking and I may be down in your area early June.
