I'm trying to make a decision on some gear and have a few questions...

1) Will the new SP3 have one or two zones and would it be hard to put a second or third zone into that processor. If so, could it be controlled with an ethernet input? I have the Mcintosh MX120 at the moment and run a zone in the HT room and another for distributed audio throughout the home via Mc keypads.

2) Do any of the preamp have a HT passthrough feature?

3) Could I tell a difference between a 14B SST2 and two 7B SST2's? With respect to the bind post size, I have 9mm spades and am wondering if they will fit into the slots on either the 14B or 7B's.

4) Any thoughts on a universal player?

5) For redbook playback and the best possible do you recommend a BCD-1 and BDA-1 combo or is the BCD-1 as a stand alone piece equally as good?
